Locate the 64-bit (or 32-bit, if you a running a 32-bit version of Windows) INF file in the driver download. It will probably be under a similar path to the one above but the beginning and ending names, shown in dark green, will probably be different (above we have ua4fxw81dv101 Files 64bit Files RDIF1129.INF ). Microsoft Windows USB Troubleshooter is the official USB troubleshooting app if yours is missing. The file downloaded is called WinUSB.diagcab. - Look in your device manager in Windows.
Windows Does the Cmore come up under Unknown devices?
  • If so, right click and select uninstall.
  • Once it is uninstalled unplug your panel then reboot your PC.
  • Once your PC has finished booting, plug back in your panel.
  • Your panel should register as something else other than unknown device in Device manager.
  • If yes, try loading project to the panel if not please try the below fix.
